Want to play for the Poly?

We welcome new players across our men’s, women’s, development, vets and strollers teams. If you are new to the club, make an enquiry using the form and tell us about your playing experience, preferred team and position. The club will direct you to the most suitable squad, training session or contact.

Already accepted or an existing member?

Private member registration

The club will send you the private registration link. If you have not received it, contact your team manager or the club member handling your enquiry.
